INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS CONSULTING
This service evaluates an institution’s intercollegiate athletic program to assess whether, if, and how it is optimized to help the institution achieve its broader goals as they relate to recruitment, enrollment, staffing, operations, development, financial aid, sponsorship, facilities and campus culture. Services can include an overall audit of the intercollegiate athletic offerings to determine opportunities for efficiency and optimization and/or sport specific P&L performance. Broader services regarding strategic planning around national affiliation, division or conference alignment and related feasibility are also available.
Projected length of engagement:
3-6 months for department audits or sport-specific due diligence, 1-3 years for athletic division transition services.
