Assessment is Today's Means of Modifying Tomorrow

At Terra Firma, we believe fervently that postsecondary leaders must deploy best practices to achieve operational excellence and establish a cultural mindset of continuous improvement.  To this end, our Faculty, Staff and Administrator Questionnaire and Board of Trustees Self-Assessment measure stakeholder perspectives on the institution’s strategy and performance.  In addition, our surveys assess satisfaction with the culture, work environment, and direction of the institution.

We offer the closest thing to a turnkey solution.  We do the work, so you do not have to.  Our team of higher education experts developed these instruments with a deep understanding of the postsecondary environment.  And, in addition to our general assessment, you can add institution-specific questions at no additional cost.

Your fee includes pre-survey set-up and discussion, Terra Firma’s management and deployment of the survey over a mutually agreed upon period, and access to results, which includes an Executive Summary of Observations.

Either survey is available starting at $3,000.  Discounts are offered for schools with student enrollments less than 1,000.  Add-ons are available for an additional fee, including Terra Firma’s leadership of board retreats as it relates to the Self-Assessment.  Additional discounts are available for institutions who purchase both instruments at the same time.
